Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Paneer cubed
  • 3 large Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 12 pcs Cashews
  • 2 tbsp Butter/Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp ea Spices (Turmeric, Chilli powder, Salt)

Notes

Blanch tomatoes, onions, and cashews, then blend into a smooth puree.
Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté. Then add the tomato-cashew puree and cook until oil separates. Add spices and water to adjust consistency, add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Finish with cream and garam masala before serving.
